## What is local AI? Local AI runs on your own PC, not in the cloud. It's free, private and works offline. The downside: it's slower, especially on older PCs. ## What you need - Ollama or LM Studio, installed on the same PC. - A model that can see pictures. Playfellow's Settings → This PC shows which model size suits your PC. ## Connecting it Choosing a local AI inside the new window comes in the next update, together with cloud AI. Until then, the built-in brain plays the practice games with no setup at all. ## How fast is it? - Fast PCs (RTX 3060 or better): almost as quick as cloud AI. - Medium PCs (GTX 1660 or similar): playable, but slower. - Older PCs (no dedicated GPU): very slow. Cloud AI is better.
