## Cancel any time You keep access to the end of the period you paid for. Cancel from your Paddle receipt or by writing to support@rivel.pro. ## Refunds Paddle is our seller of record, so refunds go back through Paddle to the way you paid. Write to support@rivel.pro with your order number and we sort it out. ## The final policy The final refunds policy, approved by our lawyer, is published on rivel.pro before Playfellow goes on sale. ## What stays on your PC Your buddy's memory, notes and recordings are yours and stay on your PC, whatever happens to your plan.
