Safety features
Playfellow is built with safety first. Here's how it keeps you in control.
## Press F12 and it stops Anytime, anywhere, press F12 or move your mouse into the top-left corner of the screen. Playfellow stops at once. ## Only inside the game Playfellow only presses keys while the game window is in front. If you click away, it stops moving the mouse and keyboard. ## Controls cards Each game has a controls card: the list of keys the buddy may press. If the AI tries a key that is not on the card, Playfellow drops it before it is pressed. ## Hand over and take back F9 hands the controls to your buddy and takes them back, at any moment. ## Your data stays on your PC Your buddy's memory, notes and recordings stay in a folder on your PC. The pictures of your game are looked at and dropped, and saved only if you turn recording on. Settings → Data and Cache shows everything and lets you clear it. ## Single-player games only Playfellow is made for games you play on your own, not against real people online. Using AI in online games isn't fair and can get you banned. ## Adults only Playfellow is for people 18 and older. You hold your own AI account, and you stay at the PC while it plays.
